Rates and Policies

We ask all first-time international customers to complete and return our international credit authorization form along with a copy of their photo identification. This form allows us to safeguard your credit by comparing the signature from the back of the card against the signature on the form. You will receive this form in an email after you have placed your order.

Customs, Duty and Taxes are payable by the recipient. If our shipping account gets charged, your credit card will be subsequently billed. You will also be charged for postage/freight incurred on all returned shipments.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of the order (transfers and large orders may require additional time).

Expedited orders (2nd Day Air) are prioritized in our queue for rapid processing, however that not does guarantee your order will be delivered within 2 days. By requesting 2nd Day shipping, you will ensure that your order will be delivered within 2 business days after it has left our facility. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so. Also, UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their 2nd Day Air service.

Tracking your package

US Orders: After placing an order that will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Service you can find the tracking link to your package by logging into your account and viewing its status.

International Orders: Tracking may not be not available for international orders.

International Orders

Please note, international customers must have equipment that is NTSC compatible. Returns cannot be accepted based on incompatibilities.

We are NOT responsible for the packages impounded by national Customs Authorities. The customer (you) might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; control over these charges cannot be predicted what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

International delivery is NOT guaranteed. If a package is lost (stolen), damaged, or vandalized, a replacement package WILL NOT be sent at no cost to you or refund your money. In order for products to be replaced for a shipment not delivered for the reasons listed above, a non-delivery must be confirmed by the post office and a damaged package must be returned to Effex Media. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, it will incur a 15% re-stocking fee or additional shipping costs for the second delivery, whichever is preferred by the customer.
